Housing Affordability Dashboard provides Edmonton housing market information, including updated historical rental wage and rental market vacancy rate (by neighbourhood); average and median home prices, aggregate mortgage debt at the Comparative Market Analysis, CMA, level; social housing waitlist counts for the number of households who applied to Capital Region Housing in the city of Edmonton; evictions by civil enforcement agencies are available.
